为加强博士后科研人才的培养和管理，促进产、学、研相结合，推动科技成果产业化，根据全国博士后管委会《企业博士后工作管理暂行规定》精神，经甲、乙双方商定，就联合招收和培养博士后研究人员有关事宜达成如下协议：

1．根据甲方企业科研项目的需要，甲、乙双方同意联合招收_________博士为博士后研究人员，进入乙方工作。博士后的研究课题为：_________。

8．博士后研究人员在工作站期间取得的科技成果属职务研究成果，按全国博士后管委会_________号文件的第_________条规定处理。

9．博士后研究人员进站3个月内，完成研究课题的开题工作并写出开题报告，提交包括双方合作导师在内的专家组审议通过。

11．博士后研究人员工作期满，完成博士后研究工作，按照规定程序和要求，由双方共同组织考评（现场考评或通讯考评）并办理出站手续。
